Youth Employment Scholarship (YES)
The Youth Employment Scholarship (YES) Programme is an initiative dedicated to empowering local disadvantaged youths through the provision of stable, long-term employment opportunities.

Since 2023, we’ve helped over 30 disadvantaged youths with job placements, empowering them to unlock their potential. Brian, Toeby, Ann… There are many success stories just to name a few.
This year, in 2026, we’re thrilled to announce that our mandate is 80 individuals.
Through this programme, youths will be selected from our beneficiary partners to each receive a monthly scholarship award of up to HK$5,000 during their participation in the YES Programme.
This initiative aims not only to incentivise employers to provide stable employment opportunities but also to empower the youth to thrive and make significant contributions to their workplaces.
