Brian

Brian is our very first r é n beneficiary. With a passion in culinary arts, he is trained in catering in the VTC’s Shine Skills Centre. Shy and quiet, r é n has secured his internship at Moxie, a café-restaurant in Alexandra House, The Landmark, Hong Kong.

Though the job was challenging, Brian displayed resilience and an aptitude to always improve himself. He secured a part-time job at Moxie, making lamingtons there two days a week. After his graduation from VTC’s Shine Skills Centre, his job at Moxie eventually turned into full-time employment, working there five days a week.
