Toeby

Toeby, coming from a difficult family situation, has always dreamt of working as a chef. With unparalleled passion in cooking, he was referred to r é n by our advocate Wesley and we immediately got to work to get him a job placement in the F&B industry. .

To give Toeby more experience in working at a fine-dining event, Toeby completed a trial one-day employment which he shadows Chef Peter Find at his restaurant Heimat, Toeby received praise from Chef Peter and continued his job application process under the YES programme.

He eventually received a job offer as a Kitchen Commis at the Soho House Hong Kong, and just started his employment early June.
