Chef Agustin: I am always willing to support people who need help the most. I always remember where I came from and if I can give a hand I always will.

Chef Agustin: The Soupy Rice made by my grandmother Lola.
Q: What is your least favourite food?
Chef Agustin: Nattō, without a doubt.
Q: If you could choose one kitchen utensil or appliance for everyone to have in their kitchen, what would it be?
Chef Agustin: A tasting spoon, The most important action is to taste everything you make.

Chef Agustin: Great shoes.

Chef Agustin: My daughter and son… every morning.
